Summer is the season for Small-Leaf Black to grown and plucked. From our tea garden in Mingjian Township, Nantou County which situated about 500 meters high. We made it into non-roasted full fermented black tea with ball shape to increase the draws itself. After brewing in cold water for over ten hours, it still contains its natural high sweetness without any astringency. Look at the surface of the tea glossy, like a shade of dusk. After brewing, its color like amber with honey and fruit floral fragrance. It gives a kick of refreshing and calms our soul.
