Wuyi tea tree is origally from Wuyi mountain in Fujian, China, it is famous for its special "Rocky" flavor. Luckly we had our Wuyi tea tree discovered in Mingjian Township, Nantou. With tea gardens situated about 500 meters, it has the best condition for Wuyi tea tree to grow. After research we found that our Wuyi tea tree and the ones in China is cognate.

Unlike other common twist shape tea, we have our Wuyi in ball shape. After fermentation, it gives off slight orchid floral fragrance. You could imagine a layback afternoon, walking one the street with charming fragrance of flowers. You are intoxicated and expecting for the unkown. Good things are worth to wait. We roast our tea in low temperature slowly until its roasting degree reaches to four which is the best condition for Wuyi Rock.

First sip, with a refreshing that cleanses the mind. Then comes with the unique rocky flavor and finish with rich floral aftertaste. Unlike other ripe fruit and candy scent type, its sweet aftertaste is mellow. Worth to taste deeply and slowly.
